OUR STORY
Sabie Brewing co. is a small brewery located in the mountain town of Sabie Mpumelanga. Started in 2012, we still strive to brew the best beer possable, without compromising quality. In December 2023 Sabie Brewery was bought by Hops Hollow country house and brewery in the long tom pass. With the new management we strive to bring new food and beers every month. Each time you visit Sabie Brewery you will find something new to eat or drink as well as Live music once a month and activities like Jenga to keep you entertained

Not only do we brew fantastic beer but we also have the best pizzas and burgers in town. We try and incorporate beer in most of the food we do. From our beer battered fish and chips. to our pizzas, where we make the dough with beer as well.
